The People’s Jimmy Pardo

In a hasty effort to squeeze as many unique untappd check-ins into the evening as possible, the following mix was concocted at a dinner gathering last night.

Named for mishearing the names of the two beers in the glass, and the not taking into account that the bottle opener used to stir the concoction likely hadn’t been washed in weeks (and contained hand funk from many people’s hands).

Ingredients

  • 1 part Ballast Point Pineapple Sculpin IPA
  • 1 part Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA

Preparation

Pour liquids into schooner. Stir with an unwashed bottle opener.
