How We Give Thanks
In my household, we don't travel for Thanksgiving. It's just Kristyn and I and the kids, and any friends who don't have anything else to do on the holiday.

Kristyn doesn't cook ... Aside from a few sides here and there. This year she ordered another smoked turkey from Greenburg Smoked Turkeys Inc.. Their print collateral is as amazing as the turkey that has been smoking up the band fridge all week.
There is no schedule. We eat when we eat. And we drink when the coffee runs out. Usually Lagunitas Brown Shugga. Only tiny sips for Kristyn this year, though. New baby coming next week, and all.
When dinner is on, we'll go around the table and talk about what we're thankful for, and at some point after that the Christmas lights will go up.
That's pretty much it. Low stress, high fun. My thanks to Kristyn for making thanksgiving one of the best days of the year.
